[Fists] Old FISTS Numbers

Stan K4UK is trying to create a full list of FISTS members since the club
was founded.  Unfortunately much of the early archive is missing and he has
the details missing for the numbers in the attached list.  If any of our
early members have old copies of Key Note stacked away, or logs of early
FISTS contacts could they please check and see if they can provide a call
and name for any of the missing numbers.  Any information should be sent to
Stan K4UK at stank4uk at rev.net or to CBA.
