[Fists] Digital QRM?

The reason I was wondering was that I "thought" we operated on a
non-interference basis as in QRL? or "listen first".

I wonder if the PSK31 interfaces do not "see" the analog signals.  (wonder
if they need a warning light)

The problem is that even if QRL? is sent on some form of digital it is not
copyable (that's a good word for the spellchecker) without some form of
decoding (PSK31) and yet the ARRL seems to insist that CW and PSK31 should
be in the same bandwidth area and are pushing ahead with this.

It would seem that they are not compatible and therefore should not be in
the same segment.  It really gets old.
