Thanks to all those who I met today operating KN0WCW/4.
I enjoyed it immensely - met several new ops,  and some old
acquaintances as well.  I especially enjoyed my forays into
the novice bands,  working the new cw ops learning their chops.
Say what they want about the death of cw,  but from what I heard,
there is quite a bunch of ops up and coming into the cw bands.
It's given me a different perspective on amateur radio.  I'll describe
it a lil later on the list, or perhaps it's enuff fuel for a Keynote article.

I encourage everyone to pick a date to activate the FISTS club call,  and
to strike up some chats with our new ops in the novice bands.
They are there listening - we just need to give out a cq there every
once and a while.
