Holiday Inn Dayton/Fairborn!  Great!

The old QRP location in downtown Dayton (now torn down) was a DIVE! The 
Ramada Dayton South was, um.... so so. This looks nice!
Glad to see FISTS/ARCI partnering, there is a little "friction" on the air 
from time to time, but I think overall a good "match"!
