[Fists] Anyone else notice this??

Code that is sent with good timing, spacing, and finesse is a pleasure to 
copy. It is much easier to copy a good fist at, say, 25wpm, than it is to copy a 
hack sending at 12 wpm. Morse skills on the bands are getting worse and worse 
and will continue that way I'm afraid. If you do comment to an op on his 
chopped up 25 character words, they usually get insulted. Normally I no longer 
answer a CQ if I have trouble copying a call sign. There are no call signs I am 
aware of that have 17 dots and dashes all run together in some long single 
letter. It can only lead to a one-sided QSO with me trying to figure out what the 
heck the guy is saying. Usually he won't answer questions because he can't copy 
no matter how slow I go. This thing about handicapped ops is fine also. 
Usually an op will give you a hint or flat out tell you he is having problems. I 
believe, however, that the percentage of these fellers on CW is minute. Fire
