[Fists] C2C clubs

All C2C participants,

I have received a number of e-mails from FISTS regarding additional clubs
that were on the air for the contest. I've sent a note to the clubs to let
me know who was on the air and will have an updated list posted at
http://www.tomochka.com/k7fff/c2c2004/c2c2004clubs.htm hopefully in a few
days. Until then, please don't send in your scores until I've notified you
here on the reflector.

I'm truly sorry for the confusion and I'm trying to get the problem resolved
as soon as possible. The list of clubs posted at the above URL represents
the ones who notified me that they were going to be on the air.
