Proposed FCC rules for Broadband over Power Lines (BPL) will be at the top
of the Commission's agenda for its open meeting next Thursday, October 14,
beginning at 9:30 a.m.  According to the ARRL, the proceedings of the
meeting will be broadcast live over the internet and may be monitored in
real time by doing to www.fcc.gov/realaudio. Your computer must be equipped
with RealAudio to receive the transmission.
