After you've made your contacts in the FISTS Spring Sprint, stick around 
for the Mid Atlantic QSO Party.

Announcement on Page 99 of May 2004 QST

It starts an hour before the Sprint and runs from 1600Z Saturday May 8 
through to 2400Z Sunday May 9.

The states of NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA & WV are those to contact.  Exchange 
is Serial Number and State/Province/DX for those folks not in those 
states.  Exchange is Serial Number and County/State for those in the "Mid 
Atlantic" states.

For Example my QTH in Franklin County Virginia will be sent as "FRA VA"

I'd appreciate a serial number if I work you in the FISTS Spring Sprint.
