What times are best for working you chaps Down-Under?  And what bands ?

I worked ZL6QH at 2045 UTC on May 30 on 15 Meters and VK1AA / 4 at 2132 UTC 
on May 30 on 20 Meters.  Both in the CQ WW WPX contest when I was running 
WW2DDM.
