My answers just the same as Fred's. Back when the NCVEC voted, and the ARRL 
Representative abstained, I wrote my Director, and the ARRL President. I 
received a nasty response from the President, telling me "cool my jets," and 
the "Don't sweat it." I received no response from Bernie. I quit, and got a 
refund for the 10 years I was paid up.

The ARRL has been sniveling, sneaky and dishonest with this issue. They talk 
out of both sides of their mouths.
