[Fists] Code Buddy Coordinator Gets Unusual Request

Good response Nick.....My thought....We all started
out with less than a desireable fist.  His desire to
improve is essential, along with a commitment to
improve...practice, practice, practice on a regular
basis. Did he explain why he needed to be "working
alone"?....I think we all need critical and
constructive feedback in whatever we pursue.
