Multiple choice is generally easier than having to generate things, such as
schematics, from scratch. Worst case you guess. When the question pools are
published as they are now, then having multiple choice exams is nothing
short of a joke. There is a very simple trick for studying for these when
you have the answers to the pool in front of you. I'd tell you, but that
would just give a leg up to the wave of Techs about to swamp the bands.

I wonder if I am missing something here. On the old General exam, I
distinctly remember having to draw schematics etc. I wonder how a multiple
guess exam can compare? The old and new license manuals are comparable?
