I am confused, if there are over 700K hams in this country, why is the ARRL
a concern?

Knowing that everybody will not be happy the final out come, WE AS A GROUP,
can come up with at least two or three of our own proposals and flood the
FCC with our own point of view.

My vote; Novice is good for two years only, no code, on renewal. SSB on 15
and 10 meters with only 25 watts on HF. 50 watts on 50, 144, 222, 430 only!!
15m 21.300 to 21.500 only. 10m 28.400 to 28.500 only.

General; same as is for frequency coverage but with a 5wpm CW test.

Advance; Full band privileges with a CW test of 18 wpm.

And I strongly feel that the CW area of the HF bands should be limited to
100 watts output.
Me, I am 5 Watts to the max!

I know this will bring a lot of flack, but at least its a start. Better than
complaining about something that 'WE' as a group can do something about,
with out the ARRL....
