Charlie:  

Don't look now, but "NE" is the USPS State abbreviation for Nebraska.
NH is New Hampshire, NY is New York, NV is Nevada, NM is New Mexico,
ND is North Dakota.  That should cover the "N's."  Let me know if you
require the entire list.
