[Fists] Membership Number

A few days ago while in qso with another FISTS member the subject arose of "How long have you been a FISTS member ???
My answer ??  Duuuuuhhhh, I couldn't remember ! !  Can someone tell me who would have this information ??  My number is 4239 and I can only guess it was issued sometime in the early 1990's maybe.
