Correct. You don't need to send any logs, just the points total. If you
order a cert then you give Robin your name, call, award level earned, points
total and appropriate fee (free for APO/FBO boxes, or any DX FISTS Club).

Yes, clubs can accumulate points and award levels the same as individuals.
We'll sort those out from one another later. We'll probably wait until Robin
closes the door on certificate orders before submitting a wrap-up article
with totals to Keynote, so we'll know how many and what kinds of awards were
issued.
