Yep, it was pretty easy and painless. I urge others to comment.

Subject: [Fists] NCVEC Petition Comments
FISTS,
The period for commenting on the NCVEC petition to eliminate Morse testing
for amateur licensing will be closed soon.
It's disappointing to see less than 200 comments opposing this petition.
Frankly, if there aren't at least a thousand FISTS in the US who have
Internet access and an opinion on this matter then there is probably no
point in wasting any more time trying to "make a stand" against the no-code
revolution.
Follow the link:
http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/ecfs/upload_v2.cgi
In the proceeding box enter: RM-10787
then your name, address, etc. and send a comment.
You don't have to be a word smith. Just use the Brief Comment box and
enter, "I am against this petition and believe Morse testing should remain
an amateur licensing requirement". If you send nothing else that would be
infinitely better than sitting on your hands and waiting to see who "wins".
C'mon folks, make your voice heard. It takes all of 5 minutes.
