Mike,

Have even heard a few just call plain CQ and then do the contest exchange
format. Weird. They weren't clubs either.

Go to the awards info and there is a link about ordering the certs. You
don't need to send a log, in fact, it's preferred if you don't, honor system
y'know? Just tally the number of clubs for the certificate level and then do
the multiplier thing for the points total that it gets endorsed with.

I have heard plenty of guys doing the CQ bit...they dont
understand the rules.

Whats the scoop on certificates, how much and where do you send the logs?
