Make that three. CW is not going to be a requirement for a ham ticket, 
but that does not mean CW will be eliminated from the amateur service.  
We can do two constructive things:

1. Lobby to keep our exclusively CW segments at the bottom of the HF 
bands.  Lose those and CW WILL be as good as dead.

2. Get on  the air.  We can't keep our segments if they are almost empty 
most of the time.
