developed an inability to read javascript stuff,

Folks,

If you're wondering what happened to Neal's 
excellent web page (The Telegraph Office) or 
why he didn't respond to an email, the answer 
is that Neal's ISP, metronet.com, appears to 
have disappeared.  I just talked to Neal's wife 
and she confirms that everything is fine but 
Neal is traveling and hasn't had time to find 
a new ISP and get connected.
