[Fists] Logging programs?

Hi,

Hope you enjoyed the sprints. I spent most of my time on 15 meters, which
was pretty good. Managed to work KN0WCW/9 on 40, too. Mike - I didn't run
into Maia, guess he wasn't working the Sprint, hi hi.

I got this question in the mail and would like to put it and the answers in
the KN, so suggestions would be welcome.

Question: I want to start computer logging. I have no experience with
logging prgrams ,therefore I do not know the proper questions to ask except
one: Can you tell me which programs are useful for Fists logging ?
