Not to add to the current flame war about pro-signs, but just as a matter of
info and history.

If any of you want to read an official now declassified in-depth guide to
military CW procedure, go to my Links section - CW Info page and click on
the 'Communication Instruction Manual' link. It's a .pdf file so you'll need
the acrobat reader or an equivalent reader to access it, but it is totally
fascinating reading for anyone interested in the history behind our
wonderful mode of communication.
