I use a program called TextAloud from a group at Nextup.com. It does a =
pretty good job on the letters etc as long as you put a ":" between each =
letter. This tells it not to try to string them together. I wrote a =
little C++ app that takes any text and creates a new text file with the =
colon between every letter and makes everything uppercase. I also bought =
the ATT NaturalVoices plug in for it but I can't say that they were a =
real help.
Before: Now is the time for all good.....
After: N:O:W: I:S: T:H:E: T:I:M:E: F:O:R: A:L:L: G:O:O:D:......
Sometimes the letters don't sound perfect but that makes it a lot more =
like real CW... Hi HI=20
