To all of Bill's special Friends-
Many have inquired as to the funeral services for my big brother Bill.
The information that I have is in accord with his own requests as
follows:
Interment at a Graveside Ceremony late in the morning on Monday, February
24th.
This will be followed with a Fellowship Luncheon at their Church at Noon.
At 1:00 PM, CST, February 24th, there will be an "In Memory Service" in
the Church Sanctuary with several participants and a Message by the
Pastor, Rev. Tom Macy.
At that service, flowers and other types of 'memorials' are considered
appropriate.
Certainly, cards and personal notes to his faithful wife Enid would be
most welcome, especially during the coming, very difficult weeks.

Their daughter, Jocelyn, is with her right now, but is expected to return
to her office in Atlanta, Georgia, within days. She has made several
trips to see her parents and rendered much help during those visits in
the past year. These trips have taken most of her regular vacation time,
and been filled with many difficult decisions and tasks.
Today, I sent by overnite mail, a print-out of the text of each of the
responses that I had received up until this morning. Each response was
identified by full name and country or state. I believe they will be most
welcomed by Enid right now, and for her to learn that friends all over
this globe are expressing their loving concern for her by telling her how
much her husband had meant to them. I will continue to send groups of
them to her, as they come in to me by E-mail.
Sincerely & 73 and KLU,
Ken, Bill's 'lil' brother

PS - You will find a Friends Remembered entry for Bill on www.eHam.net.
There is but one addition to the first entry there. It is a good place to
pay a
call and make your thoughts known, however brief. These are all kept
indefinitely on that website. -- Fred
