  than here in Kansas City the address my be right and they just didn't
  handle it correctly.  Don't send flames, my father in law is a retired
  Postmaster and Paul, my local carrier is great, it's just the 2% that
  don't know how to read.

  I've received five qsl requests back from the local post office =

  they don't recognize a overseas address.  One time I received a qsl =
from
  Spain and a newsletter from a local ARC on the same day, they had also
  been mailed on the same day, 8 days prior.  When asked to explain, the
  local Postmasters response was, "Thats pretty good service from =
Spain."

  Could you post the address to the reflector and maybe someone can =
verify
  that it is correct.
