[Fists] 365 Award

Great ideas, I think we should continue to refine them.

For me, I already know the 365/366 consecutive days is unobtainable, not 
due to the normal "disasters" of life, but because of business-related 
travel. It's not always practical for me to cart even a qrp rig to places, 
let alone risk delays for airport security. Besides, I travel to places 
where FISTS members are not so numerous.

A weekly FISTS QSO award sounds interesting, but I think that could be 
better done by simply having a time-based Century Award with specific 
start/end dates.
