[Fists] 365 Award

I think that (KE9V) Jeff's idea of a 365 award is excellent. It would
promote CW (and FISTS) activity while being both difficult and do-able. A
difficult challenge because it'll take a real commitment for anyone to
string together 365 (or, in 2004, 366) consecutive days with at least one CW
QSO. On the other hand, it's doable because it requires only a rather small
amount of time for one QSO, and not high power, nor a huge antenna farm, nor
good propagation, etc.

(I'm assuming that dupes are OK and that any CW QSO counts; it'd obviously
be increasingly more difficult if the award were to accept FISTS QSOs only,
and especially if it required CW QSOs on 365 consecutive days with 365
different FISTS members.)

I'd even propose a second award for FISTS members who have at least one
(FISTS only? No dupes?) QSO per week for an entire the year. I suggest this
mostly as a consolation for the sad ham who has QSOs on 250 or 300
consecutive days before something unavoidable breaks the string: an
emergency hospitalization, a hurricane or forest fire requiring immediate
evacuation, a traffic accident while out-of-state, etc., etc.
