Hello Folks,

It is with much sadness, that I report my old friend and Elmer, "Dick Rugg
G2BRR" went SK on Wednesday 22nd May 2002, as a result of a heart Attack.

Dick was first licensed before WW2 and has held every committee post within the
ISWL since it's creation in 1946. He was my fellow Vice President at the time of
his demise.  Many SWL's and hams have received a lot of help from this great man
over the years. (Especially CW training).

We will miss him on the airwaves!!
