Hi Jeff,

Reading the rules, I guess that the QSO will brings you 2 points as the US op
will be QRV from a different DXCC than yours.
Last April I was QRV from Plovdiv, Bulgaria using my call LZ5KF. I applied for
the CC and a QSO with a F station was worthing 2 pts from LZ5KF despite the fact
that my "home" call is F5PBL. So I guess your QSOs with US ops in the Caribbean
will be OK for 2 pts.
