Hi John (and all),

I hope my "hints and kinks to improve your score" didn't come across as a
complaint.  It was truly intended to be helpful to those (and only those) who
are in the Sprint in a competitive spirit.  Others with a more relaxed attitude
should just take those hints and suggestions for whatever they're worth to them.
But I surely didn't mean them as complaints.

That may be true in some cases, maybe even many cases.  But when I send you 599
it means your signal is 599, no more, no less.  If your signal is not 599, you
will get an appropriate signal report from me.  Every time.
