Yes , when working dx I have often heard the dx go out of his way (so to
speak) to come back to the station signing as qrp and mobile for that
matter. If its not special pleading why sign mobile or qrp ?  Why not
just take your chances ? Their are also those who would use this as a
ruse to make contact Im sure. Saying all that , the dx can answer whom
he wished too and we can call the dx any way we wish too. I dont work dx
qrp or mobil so its a moot point I suppose.
