Hi Friends,

A short one, aimed at Hans, K0HB, with whom I yet had some email last year ;o))

>Again, from the French:
>
>Un chasseur sachant chasser chasse sans son chien.
> (A hunter who knows how to hunt hunts without his dog)

The right one is :
Un chasseur sachant chasser doit savoir chasser sans son chien

which means :

A hunter who knows how to hunt has to know how to hunt w/o his dog.

I.e. he is anyway allowed to hunt with his dog, from time to time ...
Do you see what I mean ?.. ;o)) // No offense intended, as I _do_ agree with
you on this subject //

And if you remember well, dear Hans, that is one of our "funny sentences" when
they are said quickly ;o))
