Hi Tomas and Ken,

Yes, I put that question up on the QRZ.COM question pool about a year ago.

When I was a Novice ticket that's what we used in place of a dummy load.
All you had to do was watch the light bulb and tune the "plate" and "load"
controls for maximum brightness!

Worked pretty good for my 75 watts CW transmitter.
