FISTS members who subscribe to or have access to CQ
magazine should pay attention to the monthly reader's
survey in the March issue. The focus is the ARRL's
recommendations about the so-called "refarming" of the
Novice segments of the HF bands. While this survey may be a
day late and a dollar short, it's yet one more opportunity
to express one's feelings about that proposal. What remains
to be seen is what CQ proposes to do with the resoponses
and what, if any, effects they will have on the FCC.
