[Fists] QSL cards for PY7COU

We continue to get QSL cards for PY7COU.  We have 58 cards on hand.

This is shown on the FISTS QSL Bureau web page in List 2a.

We have sent him cards and letters requesting SASE''s to the address I have 
on file:

	Paulo Inojosa - PY7COU
	R.Padre Manoel Da Cunha, 112/502		
	Piedade-Jaboatao-Pe  CEP 54420 - 006 	
	Brazil		

We have had no reply from him, nor have we received any QSL cards from him.

I'm sure many of you are of the impression that Paulo will QSL via the 
Bureau.
However, to date he has not.

Therefore, Please ALL MEMBERS:

If you QSO Paulo ask him specifically if he DOES want to QSL via the Bureau.

If he says "Yes" please advise him that we need SASE's.

And, we need him to respond with his QSL for those members whose cards we
have sent him in the past.

As many of you know, Vlad - UA6JD has recruited Keith, K0KG to be his QSL 
manager.

Perhaps someone needs to ask Paulo if he needs a QSL manager for FISTS 
contacts.

I need your help to find out what I should do with these cards for PY7COU 
which just keep
coming in to the Bureau.
