[Fists] New Price on The Art and Skill of Telegrraphy

Hi FISTS,

As you may know, we reordered The Art and Skill of Telegraphy, the first
batch sold out at the Hamvention. With the postal rate changes, we're not
going to be able to offer Priority Shipping. The book weighs over the 1
pound limit for the new flat rate. So, we would have to go by the rate
hart  - which means it's a different postage rate  to each zip code.

To keep it simple, we're buying a quantity of shipping envelopes and going
Media Mail. The post office says it will take 5-7 days, which is still
pretty reasonable, and it's cheaper! The new total for the book is $13.23

The new patches should be here this week! I'm excited about that, they
should look pretty spiffy. They're 4" by 1 1/2" and SHOULD look like the
logo on the front of the Key Note and the web page. I'll let you know when
they get here.
