[Fists] CLUB ACTIVITY DAYS (K4FFF)

I use UTC so there is no conflict with dates (this was true New Years
Day). Because there is no time limit / conflict on operating the club
activity days I might extend after 7PM tomorrow night for US operators.
The other reason I use UTC is because there are FISTS worldwide, in
different time zones (work times), who would also like a club contact. I
also try to put the club station on the air during the 6 national
holidays every year using the same UTC times.
