[Fists] Band re-allocations

Hi Gang:
With all the fuss about what they are trying to do to forty meters,
has anyone ever considered the re-utilization of the thirty meter
band? If you listen between 10.125 and 10.150 you willhardly ever
hear anything except some occassional rtty and I have been hearing
Japanese Hams on SSB in that portion around 1300 to 1400Z. That might
be a good tradeoff for the slice taken out of forty???? What say ye?
Maybe we oughta suggest that to ARRL? Unfortunately, they have their
minds and pocketbooks already made up. Boo Hiss.
