Just curious, what has been the history with regard to FCC acceptance (more
or less as-is) of past ARRL recommendations, even when a large minority of
hams have been against the recommendation? My *impression* is that 98% of
these things go through. T/F?
Also, what percentage of ARRL's revenue comes from dues, what percentage
from commercial sponsors (e.g. radio mfgs)? Anyone have an educated guess at
that? In other words, who is paying the bills?
