I was locate 2000 miles south of Moscow,
in Caucasian mountains - just 20 miles north from
the border of Georgia 4L,so beam your quad to 4L ( I think
about 349-350 degree) .
Active now - just work N9UUI,N9FGC. QRG is 14057.55kHz - call me !
