Sure why not? but seriously what the heck does software writing and
network design have to do with ham radio. Its a simple fact when someone
has reached the top level of exams and don't know how to do some simple
tasks that the system has failed. When the ham exams start to ask
questions about networking and machine language writing that's fb but
otherwise seems to be getting a little off the center of discussion
here. Why is it every time this topic gets taken up we get into computer
engineering? It has nothing to do directly with ham radio, as radio can
and will survive without the mighty processor. In fact in a ground zero
environment I would like to see someone haul in and set up these items,
when a simple HOME-BREW tt2 would do the same job must faster and
better.
