Most of the comments that have been filed so far have been supportive
of the ARRL proposal. You really should read all of the filed comments
to get an idea of what folks (including the ARRL) are thinking.  As
always, level-headed, well-thought out comments could be a plus.
Rants, screams and pitiful logic won't help at all. You have until May
16 to file comments.

Here's hoping for the best possible outcome for the amateur service!
