Troy,  You made me feel better.  When Larry's note
came along,  I had to look at my certificate.  Found it is
dated July 28,  1992.  Number 3040.  So at a rate of about
a thousand numbers every 10 years or so,  you must be
older than I am,  hi.  I was first licensed,  Class B in
late 1950.  Yes,  the years slip by way too fast!
