[Fists] C2C Event

I just sent the new rules out for review among a lucky few, so work has
started in earnest on organizing this year's C2C. It will be held in Sept.-
Oct., exact date still to be determined. There will be a couple of new
twists, which should make it more exciting for both the "hunters" and the
"foxes".
