Don't panic! 

The owner of the qth.net reflectors has moved our list to a new 
server.  The mass "welcome" letter you have received explains the 
changes.  This server has more options and better security against 
spam. 

Except for the address you use to send posts, you shouldn't notice 
any difference.  

This didn't sign you up for any additional lists, it's the same list, 
just a different server.
