[FieldDay] Incident Command System and FD

The emergency communications club I belong to, VE7VCT, has decided to 
start using the ICS to organize all its activities.  They have so 
informed the FD Chair - that's me.  There seems to be plenty of ICS 
expertise within the club but I'm interested in knowing of the 
experience others may have had using ICS to organize and manage FD, good 
or bad.

I haven't received anything from this list since Nov/03.  Hope it's 
still active.
