[FieldDay] 2 meter FM frequency

So is the 2003 FD shirt promoting an official 2M FM simplex frequency
for field day of 146.55?  If so, we need to get the word out to non-FD
hams.

Ever since we were chased off 146.52 (I know, keep it clear for the 
wilderness protocol...), 2 meter FM activity has dropped to almost
nothing here in EMA.  We used to make many contacts to non-FD 1C/1D
hams but they won't be chasing people to whatever random simplex
frequency they may be on.
