And whatever you do if someone tries to work you and you show him as a dupe
work and log him again! First off it is a waste of time to tell him he is a 
dupe
then to have him question the time you worked before. Second it is always
possible he logged your call wrong on the prior contact in which case you
aren't in his log! Work him again and get back to the huge pileup :)
