[FieldDay] OKAY PROBABLY A VERY STUPID QUESTION

I was wondering the same on crossing the state line. Another, probably dumb
question, but I'm going to work different bands. I'm assuming that a 1
transmitter station can work different bands and that working the same
station on two different bands counts as two different QSOs, right?

The more complicated question I have is related to classification. I'll be
using a car but probably not driving, more Rover. Some of the time I'll be
using the mobile antenna attached to the car, but some time (some bands)
will be using an antenna tossed up into a tree or up a portable mast. Does
this change me from 1C in some way?
