Lo/Jack VHF (173.0750) has been disbanded (March 2026) , activity from the towers will decrease as the states remove them from service

Most Federal LE (Non Military Base) activity will be Conventional, not trunked, outside of the Bureau of Prison which generally run on-site trunking for the Prison Complex

Radioreference has some users listed in your section "C" though I have
had no luck searching then for trunking activity. No control channels
found. I did find some faint Lojack.
